This item is for customers who wish to purchase a Custom Covered Button Pad.

Our Covered Button Pads are a fantastic solution to bridge the gap between standard Button Pads and G Tube Belts.

Our Covered Button Pads are made to be reusable, comfortable and be a stylish and functional accessory. Our Pads are made to replace hospital gauze but also a great solution for those that need a covered feeding tube. Covered Button Pads can be used with an extension attached or detached.

Button Pads are a great solution to assist with leakage around the stoma site, and help prevent tissue breakdown. They can also assist in the reduction of granulated tissue and the movement of the feeding button.

Environmentally friendly and comfortable. Access for extension on right, left and bottom of the Pad.

Each Button Pad is made from 3 different layers for maximum comfort, and topped with a Covered layer that is water resistant. A great solution for people who need to be covered but prefer not to use a G Tube Belt.

Button covers are 8.5cm in diameter.

All products are handmade and with love. If I wouldn't put it on my own child, I would not sell it. Please refer to the shop policies and FAQs when placing an order.

Materials

Each button cover is made from 4 different layers:

- Microfleece, a stay dry material that sits against the skin to wick moisture away

- Microfibre, a highly absorbent material that is also quick drying

- Cotton for a plain top design.

- Cover, is made from a water resistant layer and topped with a decorative outer cotton fabric.

Each cover is stitched with thread and secured with a plastic snaps.

Where applicable, the products on my site are made with licensed fabrics which I purchased legally and which are able to be used for making commercial handicrafts.

Care

Please ensure all items are washed before using and then after each use. It is recommended to regularly change the pads and increase frequency of changes if you have heavy leakage.

Items are machine washable; it is recommended to use a delicates bag when washing. Using detergents with optical brighteners may cause your items to discolour. Items should preferably be air dried. Machine drying is possible, though it may lead to the item losing shape or deteriorating faster than normal.
